Mario Still Super in Costume Express’ Top 10 Kid’s Halloween Costumes Rankings

As Halloween gets closer, Mario remains the top-selling children’s costume on Costume Express’ Top 10 Kid’s Halloween Costumes rankings. This week’s rankings experienced a bit of a reordering of the top five and another substantial change of the overall top 10.

“The closer we are getting to Halloween, the more likely it is that we are going to see some more classic, traditional costumes start to sell well,” said Jalem Getz, CEO of BUYSEASONS, Inc., the parent company of Costume Express. “We will probably start to see more scary costumes like skeletons and witches enter the top 10.”

As previously mentioned, the most popular costume ordered on Costume Express during the week beginning on Friday, October 9 and ending on Thursday, October 15 was the Super Mario Bros. Mario Deluxe Costume. Remaining in second place was the Harry Potter Gryffindor Robe, and surging into third place after falling out of the rankings last week was the Monster Girl Child Costume. The Lil’ Mermaid Costume moved up one spot to fourth, and the Recon Commando Child Costume entered the rankings in fifth.

Rounding out the top 10 were the Incantasia the Witch Child Costume, Teal Dragon Child Costume, Super Mario Bros. Luigi Deluxe Costume, Pink Kimono Princess Child Costume, and Indiana Jones Child Costume.
